PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
MINIMUM STAY: 28 Nights "Crystal Clear Bay Home" offers beautiful open water views and fabulous world famous sunsets. This brand new home is located at Mile Marker 89 on a quiet street in Islamorada. Everything is brand new and offers 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs,on the main level you can find the open kitchen and a comfortable living and dining room. On this level you will find the master suite with ensuite bathroom, guest bedroom with queen bedding and guest bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a hall bathroom with shower/tub combination for shared guest use. On the ground level additional guests can enjoy a queen bedroom and half bathroom with a gorgeous tropical mosaic. Pictures of the ground level will be posted shortly.
Outside you will find a lovely outdoor area featuring a fire pit for late night enjoyment. The dock includes water, electric, fish cleaning station and accommodates up to a 28' boat. Guests are permitted to use the davits if they wish. Maximum weight on davits is 8000 lbs. There is also an additional small docking area for a jet-ski. Boaters can also enjoy the convenience of ocean access through Snake Creek Bridge or Tavernier Creek. Enjoy use of 2 bicycles and 1 kayak during your stay. You will simply not be disappointed with this GEM of a home!
Rent is $7,500 per month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $325 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes.Refundable Security Deposit: $2,000. TROPICAL OASIS
MINIMUM STAY: 1 MONTH Exceptional single family home designed for tropical living - charming interior and extraordinary outdoor living areas. Open concept living area on the middle level of the home offers a formal dining with 8 chairs and 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a large screen TV with "L" shaped sofa in the living area and gourmet kitchen. Next to the dining area are large sliding doors that lead to a covered balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and dock. By the pool is a wonderful outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink and small refrigerator. This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. Bedding includes 2 full size beds in one room on the main living level. This bedroom features a TV, ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. On the third floor are three more bedrooms - a king suite with TV and ensuite shower bath; queen bedroom withensuite bath with tub and double vanities; king bedroom. The two king bedrooms have sliding doors to an uncovered balcony with partial views of the ocean and outdoor seating.
There is parking and room for a boat trailer on the property. There is a 60' dock with a lift on one end and space for an additional boat plus one davit. Guest may use lift - boat up to 32' in length with a maximum load of 15,000 lbs. Charges to adjust lift for guest boat and return to owner's settings will be at guest expense. The davit will hold one Jet Ski with a maximum weight of 5,500 lbs. Current registration and insurance will be required for all watercraft docked at this property. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.
Rent is $8,750 to $9,950/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $400 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes.Refundable Security Deposit: $2,500 with accidental damage insurance or $3,500 without. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet. We sincerely thank you for your calls and emails expressing well wishes and prayers following Hurricane Irma’s visit. They worked! She certainly packed a punch, but nothing we can’t handle. We are very happy to report that our personal homes did well during the storm but sadly our office took on 3 feet of water. Repairs are underway and in no time it will be completely restored. In the meantime we are fully functional in our satellite office (Andi’s kitchen and dining areas). Our office phones should be back up in the next week or so.
We are also happy to report that the majority of the properties we represent suffered little to no damage. Many are ready for occupancy now. A few sustained damage that will take a couple of weeks (not months) to repair. Below is an update on property availability. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Upper Keys!
