ANTIGUA PLACE is a charming vacation home located in the beautiful neighborhood of Port Antigua. You will love this home! There is a wonderful open concept floor plan with 3 nicely proportioned bedrooms. Sliding doors open from the dining area into the sunroom overlooking the canal. You'll find this room a great place to relax and enjoy the tropical lifestyle. The new owners have made many improvements to this home. Relax on the screened porch or watch TV in the living area. For the boaters, the deep and wide canal with quick access to the bay will be a favorite. There is a two person kayak and two bicycles for guest use. The Channel 5 bridge is a short ride if you wish to be on the ocean side. There's a gorgeous private sandy beach available only to residents of the Port Antigua neighborhood. The beach offers hard pack sand where you can put your chair, sit and let the water flow around you while the tropical palms trees sway gently in the breeze. Bedding is King, Queen, Full/Twin Bunk.
Rate Details: Rent is $5200/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
Additional Charges: $275 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2000 without. Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.
Utility Caps/Mo: $150 water and $300 electricity.

Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

Immaculate townhouse in prestigious Sunset Hammock in Tavernier. You'll enjoy your time in the Keys in this charming and spacious two-story townhouse. Relax on one of the overstuffed sofas or casual chairs in the spacious living room. Open the sliding doors to the screened balcony and let the cool breezes wash over you or step out onto the balcony and gaze at the meandering turquoise lagoons that flow through the tropical forest. Preparing your meals in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an abundance of counter space will be a delight. The kitchen offers Silestone counter tops, all major (and minor) appliances and an informal eating area. Grab a snack or a cup of tea at the small table situated by the window wall overlooking more trees or dine at the more formal dining table between the kitchen and the living area.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level. The guest suite offers a queen bed, private bath with a tub/shower combination and a cozy private balcony. The master suite is exceptionally nice with its king sized bed, love seat sofa in the sitting area, huge walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the lagoons. The two and one half baths in this townhome have been completely updated with Travertine tile and are exceptionally lovely. All you need to bring are your favorite casual clothes and some groceries. This unit is ready for your immediate occupancy.
The "natives" are friendly and the facilities are spectacular. Enjoy cool outdoor comfort on the shaded grounds, or a dip in the pool, a soak in the hot tub, a game of cards in the club house, or a round of tennis on the courts. Put your boat in the water at the community boat ramp and store it under the covered area at your townhouse when not in use. If you wish to keep your boat in the water, it is possible to arrange dockage for an additional charge. Call for details. Clean your fish at the fish cleaning station and enjoy cooking it on the community charcoal grill. Watch the sunsets as the day comes to an end. Plan to spend a long time at Sunset Hammock. You are invited to explore and learn about Florida Keys coral reefs during the annual REEF Fest, Thursday through Sunday, September 20-23, in Key Largo.
Hosted by the Reef Environmental Education Foundation, the REEF Fest lineup of diving and snorkeling charters and presentations by renowned marine experts is designed to celebrate the positive impacts of marine conservation on the Florida Keys and around the world.

Thursday, September 20, 6:00 to 8:30 pm - Murray Nelson Government Center
This year, REEF will kick off REEF Fest at the Murray Nelson Government Center with an evening sunset picnic followed by our opening seminar. Come at 6pm for food and drink; relax with friends and check out this year's silent auction. Then wander outside and enjoy the Key's atmosphere and a stunning sunset at 7:20. Opening announcements and seminar will begin at 7:30 pm.
REEF Interpretive Center Open House

Join the Open House social to mingle with REEF Board members and staff and tour the REEF office, the oldest building in the Upper Keys.
