We have so much enjoyed staying in this condo, Beacon Reef 222. The condo is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The master bedroom is amazing with a large picture window to view the ocean, the beautiful new dock and the activity during the day. Awake to the beauty of awesome sunrises and multicolored waters. The balcony is where we spend a lot of time taking in the view, reading or enjoying our lunch each day. From this balcony is a spiral staircase leading to the beach below. Easy access, comfortable chairs, a nice tiki hut and walks on the dock, always make our beach time enjoyable! Not to mention the wonderful pool and hot tub. And we found more shells this year than ever before. Our realtor, Andi Saylor, and staff, could not be more accommodating and helpful with our every need. Beacon Reef is a beautiful place with great proximity to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. A keeper for sure!

BROCK HAUS ON THE GULF is an end unit townhouse on the water's edge with water views on 3 sides! The main living area faces the Florida Bay, one side faces the inlet leading to the marina basin and the back faces the marina. The panoramic open water views from this unit are incredible!

The unit is impeccably maintained and offers comfortable and inviting accommodations. The main level features an open living area with new furnishings, dining area with table and seating for 6 plus a fully equipped kitchen. In addition there is a half bath and stack washer/dryer for your convenience. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. This music and art festival features local and guest artists performing on the shores of Florida Bay at the ICE Amphitheater at Founders Park, mile marker 87 on U.S. 1.
