Minimum Rental: 7 Nights   You can have it all – privacy and convenience.  The owners of this wonderful property called Sunshine Place are willing to share a portion of their piece of Paradise with you.  The ground level living area of this home is perfect for one or two people who treasure the tropical atmosphere offered here in The Florida Keys.  There’s an efficient little kitchen stocked with everything you need for meal preparation and dining (pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, etc.); a snack bar; and a formal dining area overlooking the water.  Large sliding doors open to a patio area with a BBQ grill and lounge chairs.  The living area offers comfortable furnishings to watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV.  This enclave of tropical bliss offers ocean views and lush landscaping.  It was completely remodeled in 2011 and is a short walk to boat rentals, Rum Runners at Holiday Isle, Pelican Cover Resort and Theater of the Sea.


Rate Details:  Rent is $1040 to $1300/week or $3200 to $3950/month depending on season.   Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  

Additional Charges:  $150 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee 12.5% state and local taxes.  

Refundable Security Deposit:  $500.   Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet. 

Optional Insurances:

Accidental Damage:  $45  covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

The unit is impeccably maintained and offers comfortable and inviting accommodations. The main level features an open living area with new furnishings, dining area with table and seating for 6 plus a fully equipped kitchen. In addition there is a half bath and stack washer/dryer for your convenience. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Hop aboard the M. V. Key Largo Princess for our daily 2-hour tours to view the exciting, beautiful, underwater world of the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary.
The Key Largo Princess is a luxurious 75-foot, 140 passenger, glass-bottom aluminum motor yacht. From our sun deck, you will have a panoramic offshore view of the Florida Keys and can view the ever changing colors of Atlantic Ocean.
A 45 minute voyage out to the reef gives you time to relax on our sun deck and sip a tropical cocktail or beverage from our full-service snack bar. If you prefer, you can ride in the comfort of their climate-control cabin.
Once they reach the reef you will be able to observe the coral reef through the large viewing windows, which are large enough for everyone to observe the reef at the same time and are located along the center of the boat and installed flat so there is no distortion other than what nature creates.
Everything you see on the tour is or was alive and the reef itself is built off of many varieties of living coral and teems with an assortment of sea life. Your tour guide will be able to point out all kinds of sea creatures which may include sea fans, sea plumes and hundreds of fish ranging from small tropical to larger species sought after by local fishermen
Occasionally they even spot some of the ship wreckage that has been left behind by those who were most likely defeated by King Neptune over the years.

Minimum Rental: 7 Days     "Little Bay's Cottage" is one of three rental units on this property. The cottage is a ground level dwelling separate from two duplex units.   It offers a unique floor plan with the main living area in the center of the house with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a full bath.  To the right is a large bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer is also located in this room. To the left of the living area is an enclosed sun room and at night serves as the 2nd bedroom.  The sofa opens to a queen size sleeper and there is a twin size Murphy bed. The kitchen has been remodeled and is spacious and up to date in every way. The baths are up to date as are the furnishings.  The cottage offers a little more privacy than the duplex units minus the  water views. 

The Little Bay property is an acre of lush tropical plantings in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay.  These units are available for rent by the week or month.   Each unit sleeps up to 6 people - rent one or all for a family reunion.   Protected dockage in the "little bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe.   There's a "sunning" area with lounge chairs on the peninsula.    Relax in one of the hammocks or enjoy quiet time under the pergola or a picnic under the tiki.   Central air, flat screen TV in the living room and WiFi round out the amenities that will guarantee a fabulous holiday. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.  

Rate Details:  Rent is $2500/week or $7500/month.  Additional Charges:  $150 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.  Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1000 without.

Optional Insurances:
Accidental Damage:  $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
