MINIMUM STAY:  1 MONTH Exceptional single family home designed for tropical living - charming interior and extraordinary outdoor living areas. Open concept living area on the middle level of the home offers a formal dining with 8 chairs and 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a large screen TV with "L" shaped sofa in the living area and gourmet kitchen. Next to the dining area are large sliding doors that lead to a covered balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and dock.  By the pool is a wonderful outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink and small refrigerator. This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms.  Bedding includes 2 full size beds in one room on the main living level.  This bedroom features a TV, ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower.  On the third floor are three more bedrooms - a king suite with TV and ensuite shower bath; queen bedroom withensuite bath with tub and double vanities; king bedroom. The two king bedrooms have sliding doors to an uncovered balcony with partial views of the ocean and outdoor seating.    

There is parking and room for a boat trailer on the property.  There is a 60' dock with a lift on one end and space for an additional boat plus one davit.  Guest may use lift - boat up to 32' in length with a maximum load of 15,000 lbs. Charges to adjust lift for guest boat and return to owner's settings will be at guest expense.  The davit will hold one Jet Ski with a maximum weight of 5,500 lbs.   Current registration and insurance will be required for all watercraft docked at this property.   This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rent is $8,750 to $9,950/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.   If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help.  Please call the office.   Additional Charges: $400 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes.Refundable Security Deposit: $2,500 with accidental damage insurance or $3,500 without. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.  Utility Caps/Mo:  $150 water and $300 electricity.

Accidental Damage:  $45  covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

MINIMUM STAY:    29 DAYS    Sensational remodeled single family home on Plantation Key awaits your arrival.  The gorgeous POOL, HOT TUB, and TIKI BAR are ready and waiting.  Imagine fun filled days and evenings relaxing in the patio and yard area!  The patio is spacious and surrounded by tropical vegetation, and the channel flows by your door.  Swim in the pool, or recline in the hot tub.  Both have optic lighting for romantic evening dips.  The covered picnic area and Tiki Bar offer shelter for dining and grilling, or for watching the patio flat screen TV while enjoying the soft tropical breezes.   If you prefer two people could take the kayaks and paddle down the canal to the ocean.  If you’ve had enough water for the day but still want some exercise maybe a leisurely bike ride would be more appealing.  Two bikes “beach cruisers” are provided for your use.   As you can see opportunities for SUNSHINE, RELAXATION, and ADVENTURE await you at this four bedroom, three bath vacation home.   Your adventure could also include deep-sea fishing.   Bring your boat, you will have access to a 30 foot dock and this vacation home is only a quarter mile to the ocean and open water.   A new fish cleaning station has been added so that you can clean your catch right at the dock.  It has water and a light.   Cook your catch on one of two gas grills or let the chef at one of the numerous local restaurants prepare it for you.

This home is immaculate!  It has been thoroughly cleaned top to bottom and will be that way when you arrive.  All new linens including bath towels and beach towels are ready for your use.  Dishes, flatware, pots and pans, cooking utensils and beverage glasses are all new.  This two level home invites you into a huge family room on the first level.  The plush furniture provides comfort as you and your family watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.   A refrigerator is located in the family room for your convenience. This family room offers ample space for family members to spread out for games and fun.  The fourth bedroom and third bath are located on this level.

Access the upper level and kitchen from spiral stairs in the family room or from the outside stairs in the patio area. Any cook would be excited upon entering the well-equipped modern kitchen. Enjoy casual conversation at the breakfast bar, more intimate times at the Cabana Table, or dine more formally with family and friends at the full dining set.   Three spacious bedrooms are located on this level along with a full size washer/dryer.  This house also offers a fully screened deck on the second level.
