MINIMUM STAY: 28 Nights     Gently swaying palm trees greet you at the gated entrance to this wonderful home.   The ground level entry features a billiard/game room, bedroom and full bath.  An open curved staircase leads to the 2nd floor main living level.  The main living area is spacious and French doors open to a huge covered balcony overlooking this tropical retreat.  The gourmet kitchen offers a gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, side by side refrigerator and all the little appliances and cooking utensils.   Eat at the counter, the casual dining table with seating for 6 or outside on the covered balcony.  The comfortable sitting area with leather sofa and chairs and large screen TV provide another great indoor entertainment area.  There are two bedrooms on this level, laundry room and a full bath.  The 3rd level hosts the master suite with queen bed, glass enclosed shower, soaking tub, and twin vanities along with a private sitting area with TV and access to an open balcony overlooking the grounds.  The outdoor areas of this home resemble a mini private resort.  The swimming pool with paver brick pool deck, sandy beach, small boat ramp, residential ice maker machine for refreshing drinks, outdoor refrigerator, and ample seating opportunities pool side or in the shaded area.  A separate fish cleaning station with water makes it easy for you to clean the day's catch and cook it on the handy gas grill.   

Rate Details:   Rent is $9,975 /month.   Monthly Rates are calculated from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.    Additional Charges:  $360 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.    Refundable Security Deposit:  $2500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $3500 without.  Utility Caps/Mo:   $80 water and $200 electricity.   Pet Fees:  Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.
